You might contact them and see if there is a plan for that. Considering the cost of buying several Fast Track Ultras, and potential problems getting them to work together, maybe something like the Line6 UX8 would be a more plausible solution. Eight high-quality pre-amps and high-quality controls. Outside of some non audio software related issues with Windows 8, I haven’t had a single problem yet. I’m not necessarily recommending the UX8, but a device of this type seems to be where you want to go. That works because asio4all ‘wraps’ WDM drivers. The Fast Track is designed to be a solo unit.

The lesser inputs, the better so, instead of 2 guitars in FTUR inputs 1 and 2 and 3 mics in 3,4,5, just 1 guitar and 2 mics, or maybe They slave the additional cards to the clock in the master card.
The routing is extremely intuitive and i’ve found myself taking advantage of the included routing and monitoring software more and more often. I just asked it it ould work ok, considering that the 2 interfaces would be the same it should not be out of sinc problems Regards, Danny 3. I know…the TI firewire chipset and the Round-trip latency are huge subjects not related to this post. Reliable, low-latency drivers provides compatibility with most major recording software. That makes sense, because 2 different model of interfaces have different clocks and thus, slight time deviation.
The insert channels work well, I just wish there were more of them.
ASIO drivers for the Fast Track USB interface?
Rated 5 out of 5 by RB from Excellent Interface! I really like the versatility of the on-board DSP for customizing headphone mixes. On the down side, the lack of any real front-panel metering is annoying. The Ultra sports traditional pots for input leveling and those pots feel and function proper. I know ulltra can only select one asio driver at a time. Though you still need to use asjo DI box when feeding the signal in to your amp.
Many say that, whereas it’s possible, doing so would give Timing problems. Firewire cards are getting totally obsoletes for mobile recording because NO new generation laptop comes with with Texas Instrument firewire chipset. The reason why I would insist on doing this is because there are only wsio or 3 Fasf 2. All in all, i see nothing wrong with this product and have had nothing but good experiences with it.
Remember that new PCs usually are loaded down with crap that’s preinstalled, a lot of it running in the background. I havent rolled back to the Win 7 drivers to give that a try. I didn’t expect that the software includes echo for vocals.
It’s all about syncing everything to one clock. I would prefer not to install W7 or other radical solutions like getting rid of the FastTrack Ultra – just 2 years old- and spend money in another deviceThe driver itself has do be ‘chained’ to another interface. Considering the cost of buying several Fast Track Ultras, and potential problems getting them to work together, maybe something like the Line6 UX8 would be a more plausible solution.
Additionally, one can choose from over different instrument sounds and tradk add effects that include reverb, delay, EQ, compression, chorus, flanger, and many others, polish the tracks, and share them with anyone.
The latest drivers, 6. Outside of some non audio software related issues with Windows 8, I haven’t had a single problem yet. Send a private message to amc.

I bought a Focusrite Liquid 56 and I couldn’t be happier, this thing is incredible and rock solid.
